In my last post, you saw what the buttons on top of the scanner are used for. Now watch this video to see what happens when you press Scan.

You've just purchased a new scanner, and might be wondering what all of those buttons on the lid are. Here's a photo of the buttons on a HP scanner, and how they're used.
"Scan" just scans docs/pics to a file.
"Negative/slides" is used for scanning film.
"Printer" acts as a copier and sends docs directly to be printed.
"Email" attaches the scan to send as an email.
Files have gotten bigger. Unfortunately floppies disks have not, and sometimes copying/burning your files to CD is not an option.
